Always ready to move.

My permanent fear at this parking place is the possibility of a lorry leaving its own lane and crashing into the helpless cars on the side - after all, people parking their cars in this place longer told me it has happened about 3-4 times in 20 years...
There are hardly any pictures of this car without winter tires - in Summer, from May to October, there are not much more than 2000km to be added to clock with the Santana being active.

The session this photo comes from was taken in April - with me already knowing I would not take any photos of the car in Summer...
The fate of the all-days´ car unfortunately is having to endure the harshness of the weather.

But by taking the proper counter-measures AFTER taking such a nice picture, the worst (rust!) can be avoided. So after flooding all critical areas with lots of cavity wax, coating with underseal and, highly important, frequent washing of the lower parts of the car, the winter may arrive...
